MIAMI TRANSFER GUIDE

Family transfers from MIA: child seats and luggage

Request the correct restraint and enough room for bags.

Describe each child’s requirements

Send each child’s age, approximate height and weight so the provider can confirm a suitable restraint. Do not assume a generic child-seat checkbox guarantees a particular model or installation. Confirm compliance for your actual vehicle and journey.

Count bags as well as passengers

List large cases, cabin bags, strollers and any sports equipment. Our base Standard allowance is up to three passengers and premium up to two, subject to luggage. More travelers or bulky items need an individual vehicle quote.

Confirm the seat cost

The current form uses a USD 16 first-child-seat research reference per one-way journey. This is the rounded mean of three published first-seat prices (USD 0, USD 0 and USD 49), not a confirmed seat hire price or stock promise. Get the actual seat type, quantity and complete fare in writing.

Plan for delays

Keep child essentials accessible during baggage collection and the drive. If your party is delayed after arrival, contact the booking team and confirm whether waiting beyond the agreed allowance changes the price.
